I worked together with Michael within the scope of an ERP pre-study. As managing director, I focused on lean, efficient and fully integrated processes, which Michael adapted to the solution to be procured in the shortest possible time. We were then able to complete the project within the set time and cost framework. Michael's holistic and forward-looking thinking has contributed significantly to the success of this project.
